News ticker error after site move

  • Hello. The news ticker has stopped working since we moved to a new host today. Here is the error message. The first part refers to a missing template file which wasnt in the original copy of the site but the ticker worked fine.

    Template file is missing for ditty_news_ticker shortcode.
    Make sure you have wp-content/themes/your_theme/vc_templates/ditty_news_ticker.php file in your theme folder.

    We really like this plugin and would like to get it back up and running. Is this issue really with WPBakery?

    I would just try re-installing Ditty News Ticker. It seems like something may have happened during your transfer process. You may also just need to check and ensure that Ditty News Ticker is activated. You don’t need any type of template file in your theme to display DNT through VC, all the code is included within the plugin.
