News Section of the Website is Blank

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with my News Section. I have added several posts on the Website, however now that i look at the news section its completely blank. I am unsure why this is.

    Can you kindly help with this. The URL to the page is: [redundant link redacted]

    The Theme I am using is SaturnThemes Industry Version: 2.10

    The same issue is happening with other website I manage too. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    What is it on the news page’s edit screen that would be responsible for outputting news? Shortcode? A special block? Special page template? What is it about news posts that distinguish them from other posts? Post type? Category? Taxonomy term? Custom field?

    Whatever it is that’s responsible for getting news posts is apparently failing with its query criteria. Either it has been provided with the wrong criteria or your news posts have not been assigned the right criteria.

    It appears you are using a commercial theme. If it is a theme element that is responsible for news output, you should seek advice from your theme’s dedicated support channel. We are unable to assist users of commercial themes in these forums in part because we cannot access their source code. In any case, it’s only fair that those that derive profit from commercial themes provide support for their product instead of our volunteers here.
