News Pro: blog post missing in home page

Hello, and thanks beforehand, An account with ‘editor’ rol wrote a new news with newsPro and then made it public, but that new news doesn’t appear on the site and the news does appear in the newsPro ‘all news’ section and with ‘published’ status. ?what could be happening?
