News Page

  • Hi All

    I want a News page on my site where each news item has its own page, but a snippet of the start of the item is listed on the News page, with a “Read More…” link, which takes the visitor to the item’s own page.

    Yep, probably a VERY basic thing that is *so* easy to do, but I’ve looked through plug-ins (saw NewsPage, and went ahead and installed it, but can’t for the life of me figure out how to work it! noob…), and I just don’t know how to achieve such a thing.

    Bet it’s something that’s very basic, but I need help! Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    This cry for help is two weeks old. I still haven’t got to the bottom of it – Can anyone help me?

    Go into Settings > Reading and set the number of posts per page to 10. (“Blog pages show at most:) It will paginate automatically based on the number you set there.
