News feed on a non-wordpress page

    I am adding a snippet of our company feed onto our home page but only want it to show a specific category. Can someone help me with this?

    For a different section, I have used:
    $posts = get_posts('numberposts=10&order=DES&orderby=post_title');

    which I found on the site but shows the most recent post from all cats.
