News Ads Not Showing Until Firefox Cache is Cleared

Everything else on the page loads fine, but when I add a new Ad with a new image (completely different image name) the Ad block on Firefox is blank. Seems to only happen when replacing old ads. I have Adblocker disabled and it doesn’t seem like Chrome has the same problem on PC.
