Newly added users not showing

@vbmadministrator No, there is no limitation to user roles. It should show regardless of user role if team member is selected.

OrgChart keeps reseting top-level. I am able to see all users in ‘Top Level’ but none under ‘select user>add’

On Reset, all users fall under top level user. Users will show up in “Select user” at bottom only when removed from chart or any newly added user.

I see. My chart does not display at all. Using Divi theme.

I am assuming your chart is developed. Have you tested it with default theme? Is it working?
if its working with default theme, I will look into issue with Divi theme.

That is odd. works for me. Make sure that you are not being re-directed to en.domain

There is no chart element, shows empty. Have you tried with default theme?
