Newly added Categories not showing. Cache issue?

    Hi,

    I have added new categories and subcats using plugin Bulk Woocommerce Category Creator but it appears these are not showing up in the menu now. I tried deleting WP Super Cache but still no luck. Is there a way to delete IKS Menu cache somewhere separately?

    Hello!

    Are you seeing the newly added categories at Iks Menu preview in your WP admin? There is no cache.

    Probably before deleting WP Super Cache you need to firtsly clear it’s cache.

    Thanks for the prompt response. I dont even see the categories in preview. I have disabled WP Super Cache but still no luck.

    If you don’t see the categories in preview – that means, this is not a cache problem.
    Probably your settings configuration at Data tab is wrong.

    Can you send test account for your WP admin to [email protected]?

    The issue was resolved: Categories was not shown because of enabled “Hide empty terms” setting.
