    Since the latest update about a week ago, our orders in our shop went to zero. We had no clue as no errors were logged.

    Finally customers called us and told us they see “We were unable to process your order please try again.” after filling all required checkout fields and hitting the Send button. No matter which payment was chosen.

    This was tedious to debug, had to disable the whole shop and deactivate plugin by plugin. WPC Free Shipping bar was the issue. After disabling, customers could order again. Don’t know what the interfering part was.

    We are using latest WordPress 6.4.3 + WooCommerce 8.7.0 on a system with PHP 8.1.27.

    Could you kindly make a screen recording video with our plugin activated to see the process of checking out on your site?

    I tested the newest version of this plugin on our test site with Woo 8.7.0 and WP 6.4.3 and placing an order with the Cash on delivery method is okay: https://prnt.sc/4ZyrMzeLJKfP & https://prnt.sc/45qWwM8hSgKi.

    Maybe there’s another factor affecting the process checkout on your site. Our plugin doesn’t intefere with the checkout whether or not customers meet the bar of having free shipping or not. It’s quite strange when our plugin prevents the checkout on your site.
