• Just installed the new update and the category grid I created for my front page went from a 4 x 3 column to a single column centered in the container. Rolling it back fixed the issue.

    Thanks for reporting the problem.
Can you export the sections of this page and share the zip file on this form ?
This will help me fix the problem.
    Thank you

Thanks. I need access to the file.

@kjam the access to the file is denied. Could you rather send it via the form in zip format ?
    Thank you!

I’ve tried to reproduce the problem without success.
I think that you can solve the one column issue by simply installing the new version and refresh your home page => this will regenerate the CSS for your image grid.
Let me know if that helps.

Hi @kjam after further investigation I finally isolated the issue. You were right, there could be a problem with global options ( in your case the global breakpoint) when updating NB after 2.1.14.
The latest version, v2.1.17, fixes this problem.
    Thanks for your help.

Sorry, your emails were going to spam. Anyway, I tried updating and the issue only got worse. Not only was the grid still messed up but none of my posts were showing up.

You’re right – I had to roll back to 2.1.14 to get it to work. Not sure why because the previous version had been working when I rolled it back but now it’s not.

If this can’t be resolved, I may just have to dump Nimble. It took me weeks to get these templates created for subscription, categories and then add subscribe buttons to over 800+ posts. This isn’t ideal going into my busiest time of the year but may be necessary.

I’ll renew Customizr Pro in January because that works flawlessly but this builder is becoming a burden. I’m not trying to be rude because I understand its utility and keeping it separate from the theme to reduce bloat but this issue is effecting my bottom line, time, performance (you fixed one of my pet peeves in Google Page Speed but now I can’t get it) and what now appears to be security.

I’ve already wasted an entire day troubleshooting looking for compatibility issues especially with the ewww image plugin but that is clearly not the issue. I’m kind of at the end of my rope. I just want you to know that I tried.

    OK.
There was a problem with a performance options. Fixed now.
Thanks for your help on this.

    Hey Nicolas,

What I did was disabled Cloudfare and my caching plugin and cleared my browswer cache. Then I went back and installed the latest update again. After turning everything back on – I’m pleased to announce that not only is everything working again – but the issue with the zoom feature of the thumbnails has also been resolved (that was a part of another thread). I’m guessing this was an issue that was building because that feature stopped working months ago, which lead to the current problem.

Nevertheless, you’ve saved me a ton of time having to rebuild everything and I thank you. Now, if we could only get the chronological order of posts in the grid for Custommizr Pro fixed I’d be in heaven. For now, I’m pleased as punch. Thanks again!
