I just installed the newest version (1-30/2013) and am getting this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/hollisme/public_html/drumsfortoddlers.com/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-analyticator.php on line 1048

What’s strange is that on another site I upgraded to the same version and it’s so far working fine??? Bizarre..

  • I got the same error. The temp solution is to download the previous version 6.4.1. Uninstall the newest plugin. Install 6.4.1 version, then you will get another error but don’t worry.. just go to settings and save your options. Then widget will show up on dashboard.
There will be info about upgrade (to the 6.4.2), you can upgrade to newest version, but don’t go to settings again and don’t use Save option. The previous settings stay saved and plugin works.
This is temp solution but widget / plugin works OK.

and we have another nice one that broken the plug

Warning: stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /hereismydomainnemd/html/some/wp-includes/kses.php on line 1257

what ever – – plug is not working at all

    WordPress Version: 3.5.1
    Google Analyticator Version: 6.4.2
Steps to reproduce: Dashboard -> Settings -> Google Analytics -> Save Changes
Issue: Upon saving the settings page, the following errors are displayed:
Warning: stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /wp-includes/kses.php on line 1257

Warning: stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /wp-includes/kses.php on line 1257

I am getting the same error. Might be prudent to turn off the plugin at this time. The latest update (which seems to be broken) was made for a security fix:

6.4.2 – Fixes potential XSS security issue in admin – RECOMMENDED UPDATE.

The author added the wp_filter_kses() function to all field input on the options page. To protect against this XSS security issue.

But it looks like anything I select on the options page is not saved.

Probably because the output is not compatible with wp_filter_kses()? Or it’s not being used properly?

I’m also getting this error when I try to save on the GA settings page:

“stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /mydomain.com/wp-includes/kses.php on line 1257”

I am using this plugin in a multisite install, activating individually on each site– if that makes any difference.

    Where/how do I download the 6.4.1 version????????
    Or any older version??
    Thank you, Tom
