What I mean is this: don’t ask for login credentials in these forums even if you direct your user to your own forums on your own site.

Directing support to your own site is OK. You can provide whatever support you like where ever you like; your site and how you provide support there is your business.

Asking people here to go your forums so they can provide you with those login credentials? That’s not OK. This is not a new thing and has been discussed by the support team in these forums for years.

    Hello,
I’m sorry that you still see errors on your site.

In latest 4.0.3 release we fixed PHP 5.3 syntax errors which cause blank page. I think you have a problem somewhere else if you still have troubles with your site.

To help us find and fix a problem can you please open a ticket on our forum https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/ where please add access details to your site ( ask a supporter to open special form for you to fill details ). Also please post errors from your debug.log file

Thank you for your patience and help

Got it @jdembowsk. Thanks for the clarification.

Meanwhile, @jzhu5, please go ahead a create a ticket as suggested previously. Thanks!
