    I understood. It is because I dont have physycal address in Google Business. but what can I do if i need reviews about other places not mine?

    Hi @geleosan,

    Thank you for your good question!

    Our free and business plugins use only official and allowed by Google APIs. Unfortunately, as far as I know Google does not provide such accessible and permitted methods in case the place has no physical address and you are not its owner (do not have access to GBP).

    We guess that other plugins bypass this by web crawling. But we have never used this and cannot, since it is prohibited by Google. We do not want users to be able to take any risks because of our plugins.

    New reviews never did start showing up in our feed. I’ve fixed the problem by using a different plugin.

    @richplugins there is no any message about my API in Google console. I tried to click UPDATE in old widjet and google reviews was updating. So it is possible to update them but manually.

    Hi @geleosan,

    Please send the following information to support[at]richplugins.com:

    1. Direct link to your website page where we can see and reproduce the issue;

    2. Debug information from the page in wp-admin: Google?Reviews / Settings / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send?it to us.

    And we will investigate why your reviews are not updating.
