Newest Contributors Added Not Appearing

I added a couple of new contributors in the last day or so, and went to publish one of their articles, but their name is not showing up in the drop down menu for some reason.

I tried refreshing the page, purging my site cache, recreating the user, and changing the user’s role from ‘contributor’ to ‘author.’ Has anyone had this issue before?
