Newest comment not appearing first

Hello guys,

There is something going on with the newest comments first option. When you first load the page older comments appear first and only when you click on load more comments do the newest comments appear on top… this way newer comments are never visible when a visitor visits the page instead they see as if the latest comment was made a year ago. Any solutions?
