Newer Entries, Older Entries not visible on pages

Over the weekend I installed and activated this cool theme “Artarius Theme” and I have loved it. But I tried to put a sliding bar at the top of the page as a placefiller and that messed up my settings. I did so in ‘Artarius PANEL.’ I had the option of switching from a magazine typed appearance or a blog appearance. To this point I wanted a normal interface you would see on most blogs. Not a picture to the left with a summary to the right beside it. I had to reset my settings to get it to the way it was when I installed and activated it, plain and simply as before. Now no one, including me can get to use the options of older entries and newer entries at the very bottom. How can my readers see older or newer pages if they can’t access it from the website’s bottom era. Please someone help me with this problem as soon as possible. I want to go ahead and do more blogging but I am stuck right now.
