Advice About Starting A Website For Tutors

I am planning on starting a website in which tutors will advertise their services. I am a newbie so I know that I have alot to learn, but I am hoping someone can point me in the right directions. I don’t want my idea to be copied so I do not want to be very specific about the subject that the tutors will tutor, but I will say that it will be one narrow area that will attract ESL learners. The website is for tutors and ESL students around the world and students should be able to find tutors in most countries and in the major cities in those countries. The tutors’ ads should permit reviews of the tutor, a photo of the tutor, maybe a short video, and areas where the tutors can describe themselves and their services such as their fees, location, contact information, whether they use skype or not, etc… Should I use a classified ads theme such as ClassiPress or a directory theme? Would the “Dynamic Multi-Level Fields” Plugin allow students to find ads in cities around the world or should I use another plugin? Please suggest themes and/or plugins that would enable me to create this website. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
