newbie question – menu bar

  • Hi,

    Sure this question has been answered many times before but I’m a newbie and searching through previous queries has me swamped.

    I’ve just started my first wordpress site https://www.massagesydney.com.au/wordpress/?p=4 and want to change items on the navigation bar below the image which currently say
    Home About.

    How do I go about it?

    Thanks – knew it was a dumb question and had been playing around on that page but wasn’t getting anything happening and thought was going to have to be html editing.
    Have played around a little more and have achieved what I wanted.
