Newbie question: how to migrate

Hello All

Firta time using the pugin and sorry if that was asked before but i can′t find clear instructions.

I want to migrate a woocommerce site to another server/company.
what is the best approach to do so?

1.install the plugin on my old server site
2.install a fresh new wordpress on the new server
3 install the plugin in the new server/wp install
4 import my file onto that new fresh install

Is that the correct procedure?
