Newbie question how to link internal

  • I have read all the posts about linking but I don′t get it.
    I want to post in a page through a rss feed. Whatever I try it keeps turning up on the general page. My question simply is: Where can I change this link. I have read about HOW but not WHERE I can find the code that has to be altered.
    I also have a problem by putting new posts under pages. Those posts should not show up in the general blog or categories.
