Do I need a child theme?

    Hi, I have a fairly simple WordPress site and am using the Nisarg theme.

    I’ve read and hear about child themes. Do I need one is my question…

    No, you only need (want) a child theme if you need to modify the code of a theme and want those modifications safe from theme updates.
