    Hello,

I’m new to WP. Currently, I’m in the process of converting a 350 + page static site into WP. (yes I’d love any suggestions to make it easier, but that’s another post…)Right now, I’m working on the static section. The blog section is already in place.

I have my main navigational categories listed on the homepage (in page format). Problem: the internal pages that these link out to are popping up in the main category navigation (every time I add a page, the title ends up showing on the homepage). I don’t want any of these new pages showing up on the homepage. Is there a way to designate an internal page?

For example, one of the main categories is an article index. Each article on this index page will link to a new page. As I add these new pages, they show up as new titles on the homepage. I don’t want 350 titles on the homepage–just my main navigational categories.

How do I stop these new page titles from being added to the homepage? I’m using Tweaker2, but it has been completely redesigned by a coder I hired to look like my original static site.
