Newbie Help

  • I’m new to the whole wordpress, SEO, and website building. I’m tackling them all at once. The simpler the explanations the better. I have several problems at the moment. I’ve spent several hours perusing the formums. I’ve found solutions to most of my “how to” questions, except these… I’ll make a post for each query.

    Query 1 – Posts to forums on www.remarpro.com
    I posted on www.remarpro.com yesterday, but have i have no idea how to check on my post. I even went to the Forums page, clicked “All Topics” and did a search for my name over the past 24 hours. I don’t see it. I don’t see a “my posts” link. And yes, i’ll copy this post before i try to add it. I also checked the “subscribe” box at the bottom of the message box. Is there a way to track my posts on www.remarpro.com, so that i can monitor responses?

  • click the “This user should be notified of follow-up posts via email” check box and you’ll get email notifications when someone responds to your query…

    If you click on “view your profile” in the top right you’ll get to a page with section containing the latest threads you replied and started

    Thanks for the quick response. Appreciate the help. Sorry for the late response, was busy writing the next Newbie Help question… It’s a doozer.
