Newbie after advice

Hi all, can I first apologise for the potential stupidity/ignorance of this question.

I am brand new to wordpress and any kind of web design as it happens. Before I get too deep in to my research, could I ask if there are any themes available that any one knows of that have the capability to hold a spreadsheet which visitors can amend and post on to the site, users can then comment on the spreadsheets and the site would eventually be a huge repository of these created/amended spreadsheets.

Hopefully I am not being too vague or sound too stupid.
