Newbie Advice and Help with the WooCommerce Plugin

Hi to all,

I am new to wordpress & CSS. I am designing my first website which will require a simple shop page where customers can buy products online. I have installed the WooCommerce plugin for my theme but I am wondering if there are any cool extensions which will help me to enhance the look of the woocommerce menus before I get started in writing some basic CSS for my site. I am not sure if there are great extensions than can add different UI elements or give me greater control for changing colors, buttons or text etc. Also, if someone could recommend some good resources for training videos or doc’s it would be very helpful in getting me started on the right track.
