• I’m a newbie to wordpress but trying to help someone customize their exisiting site:
    zpainters.com

Currently, the home page’s Header Menu includes an Image (blue house siding) under the Company Logo, the Navigation Menu, a tagline (Restore. Protect. Beautify), and that ‘Get a Quote’ button.

I want to separate this into 2 different items:
    1) The Header Menu on its own thin, white bar with just the Logo (centered) + the Navigation Menu (centered beneath logo).
    2) A separate banner underneath that and includes blue-siding Image + the Tagline and ‘Get a Quote’ button centered on top.

I hope that makes sense. I have no experience with code or where to copy/paste things in the editor or otherwise to make this happen. But I want to learn! Any step-by-step guidance would be suuuper appreciated. Thanks!
