New WP user doesn’t work but other events do

  • This plugin looks amazing but I have an issue. I have successfully set up and tested the plugin. I use a few triggers including logging new WP user, logging login of user and logging comments.

    Logins seems to work. I see quite a few rows (10+). However every new WP user simply replaces the previous user so no new rows are added at all.

    I have had 5-6 people register since yesterday and the spreadsheet only shows one row with the most recent registrant. It’s not working.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Dear @ms416 , I am very sorry for your inconvenience, If you pin a row Google API does some weird behavior. Could you please create a new google sheet and integrate it with that sheet. thank you & best regards.

    I did not pin a row – so that is likely not the reason it’s not working.

    Could you Please try Another new google sheet? Just click the ( + ) icon on the bottom left of the current sheet and create a new sheet and integrate with that sheet. Thank you

    It works now thank you for your help. The previous version of the trigger had “0” as a value in the settings though others had longer number string. Some glitch at set up.
