can you make a backup copy of your database and files?
can you temporarily deactivate all plugins by renaming the Plugins folder?
can you temporarily deactivate the current theme by renaming the active theme folder and using a theme like twenty twenty?
which PHP version is installed for your webhosting?

I have already tried renaming the plgugins folder to plugins.hold, it is still l ike that,… so no plugins can be loaded, even already changed the active_lougins options value in database
For theme, we use eStore theme, alread renmaded that folder to eSTore.hold aswell

For what I can see, as we are running on a virtual server from provider, we run php 7.1
    php version according toprovider

You solve it if you have backend access like cPanel access or FTP Access.

    1. Take backup of your core files as listed below

    1. .htacess
    2. wp-config.php
    3. wp-contents folder

    2. Download all the files to your local system or under a folder.
    3. Upload and extract the latest version of wordpress files & replace the core files that you took backup.
    4. Everything should be fine I guess.
