New WordPress website. Contact form not receiving

I setup my WordPress website using the Neve theme at lovemycloud.com. There is a contact page that (I think) uses Contact Form 7 but I’m not receiving any submitted message. I put the generated shortcode into the Contact page and front-end appears to work fine and after submitting the message I get the confirmation Thank you for your message. It has been sent. These are the settings I’ve used

Is it obvious what I’ve done wrong?
