New widgets get PHP warning and won't work after upgrade

    Version 2.1.4 Just tried to install a new ad widget on our home page and received the following error message above the title text box:

    Notice: Undefined index: title in /home/fossforc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-insert/includes/adwidgets.php on line 318

    After selecting the ad widget, the message goes away and the widget seems to save properly, but the ad doesn’t show up.

    All widget ads set previously continue to function properly.

    Please help.
