New Welcome Email

    Hello, I want the system will send a Welcome Email after the client pays for the subscription plan.

    I created a new template with the welcome message, and set the Email Type to “Order detail (paid)”.

    However, the order email has sent to the client, but the welcome message has not sent out.

    Do I did it wrong, or I thought it wrong that the plugin can do that?

    Or it has to be the premium features?

    Hi,

    The new additional welcome email with some information should be created using a third-party plugin, as the default WooCommerce emails do not include this email type, therefore it can not be generated or customized by our plugin. If you are aware of any plugins that can generate such an email type, you may add this new email type to our email template list following this guide: 3. Creating new email types by 3rd plugin.
