• Hello Just now updated Wordfence plugin to newer version 6.2.9 and it’s stuck while scanning then I downgraded to v6.2.8 and now scanning process is working fine.

    Please check these common reasons for the “Scans don’t finish” problem, if none of these helped, then please go to (Wordfence > Diagnostics) and scroll down the page then choose “Enable debugging mode“, after that go to (Wordfence > Scan) and click on “Start a Wordfence Scan”, paste any errors you may get here to check and don’t forget to turn off the “debugging mode” after you finish this process.

    Hello @wfalaa thanks for the response and sorry for my later response as I was downgraded my plugin version.

    So, I upgraded today and started a new scan, first time scan was completed. After 20 minutes later I have started a another scan to check, that 2nd scan wasn’t completed. So, I cancelled that scan manually.

    After Adjusting the max execution time (Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 15 seconds) I started a new scan and scan was completed successfully and it took 3 minutes 40 seconds to complete. I will check again after 20-30 minutes later and will update you shortly.
