New version of User Activity Tracking and Log

    Hello,

    I get the following message when I click ‘User Activity Tracking and Log’ in the dashboard:

    New version of the User Activity Tracking and Log – Premium Plugin is available.

    Your current version is no longer supported and may have compatibility issues. Please update to the latest version.

    When I click ‘latest version’ in ‘Please update to the latest version.’, I am redirected to the plugin page with no option to update the plugin.

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    We cannot support pr*mium users on this forum. We recommend you to use our own support forum here: https://support.mooveagency.com/forum/user-activity-tracking-and-log/

    In the meantime, you can try the following:

    1) Delete the pr*mium add-on plugin from your CMS completely
    2) Update the free plugin to the latest version
    3) Deactivate the licence key on the “Licence Manager” tab of the free plugin
    4) Paste the licence key again and activate again > this will force automatic download of the latest version of the pr*mium add-on and everything should work now

    The deactivation doesn’t affect your settings stored in the plugin.
