Hi I love this plugin and up until today when I update to a newest version 3.1.17
    It work beautifully.
I update client’s plugin and site went blank white screen, I remove plugin using ftp and site is back. But gallery pages are not longer available.
I have a copy of the plugin 1.8.3 and after I install and set it up short-codes are not working.
Is there any where i can get older version of a plugin but not as old as my’n something like 3.1.xx but not 17
I appreciate any suggestions or assistance.
I am sure it is some java scripts crushing each other.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,

Someone can help ? When I load my website the browser show me this:

get_static_abspath requires a path and module. Received class=”fancybox” rel=”%GALLERY_NAME%” and

I try to install older version (3.1.14), clean the caché and all the things that you tell in this forum but still not working.

    Hi @alev

    We are happy to help!
Our first recommendation will be to perform a conflict check and then report that bug with use. Going back to an older version it’s not recommended since you will probably need to update in the future.

    But many thanks to @snapper65

@mdemarketing Please, if possible create a new thread, this seems to be different.

How to check for existing conflicts:

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.

2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.

3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Please let us know how it goes.
