New version of Analyticator

    Hello!

    I updated Analyticator to its last version today and my website went down after a few minutes.

    Apparently, because of something that changed in the new update, every time a user visits my site the plugin starts generating POST petitions to admin-ajax.php, consuming a lot of resources.

    Any ideas??

  • Hello.
    Same problem. After upgrading the server in 5 minutes it appeared overloaded due to a huge number of POST requests to admin-ajax.php. Inquiries come with a completely different IP.
    Removing the plug-in does nothing.
    Studied traffic using tcpdump, the value in the request – ga_stats_widget.
    What is happening and how to stop it?

    An update has been pushed to temporarily disabled the [analytics] shortcode until this can be resolved.
