New version is broken

Over the weekend we updated to version 2.1.1 of your plugin. This update has 4 issues.

1) Removed the ability to download a PDF invoice
2) Changed the standard template from what it was before
3) No longer separates the tax in a dual tax setup (Canada, British Columbia has PST and GST – Provincial and Federal)
4) The INVOICE tab in print options is not clickable.

I’ve submitted these as pre-sales questions on your main site too, incase that system offers these features.
