• The new version is junk and premium support has done nothing to help recover the site. Nothing but delays and a run around.
    WSOD after updating the plugin. They sent a “fixed” version that did the same.

    I’m sorry you’ve become so upset that you had to leave a one star review.
    Please note we experienced quite an unusual error with our 8.1.0 update where some files were missing in the update – hence the reason the site crashed. We actioned this within 45 minutes but unfortunately some sites were affected, such as yours. I deeply apologise for this. If possible, we’d still like to get it working at 100% for you if you would allow us?

    Just a quick note to say I found your ticket and I have responded.
    The error you experienced was a conflict our plugin had with ManageWP which has now been patched and a new version will go out this morning (8.1.3).

    Again, I’m sorry about the issues you experienced.
