• The new version clones all tables from source site. This was not the case in the old version and leads to cloned tables for real multisite plugins like iThemes Security. And it makes the cloning process much slower than before.

    Hi @7o7marketing – interestingly we haven’t changed the logic for detecting network level tables, so not sure why that would be different from before unless something changed with iThemes. Essentially there’s no standard reliable way to identify which tables are multisite only, so the Cloner works on a whitelist basis to exclude known network level plugin tables (in addition to always excluding the WP built-in network tables like wp_blogs). If you’d like to send us a list of those tables to add to the whitelist, we can incorporate those in a future update.
