New version causes batch plugin updates to fail

Hi,
I’ve been updating several client sites, and I’ve found that when I batch update plugins (from Plugins > View All, or Plugins > View All > Update Available) by checking their boxes and updating all in sequence, the update immediately following the Sucuri update will fail. It seems the dashboard admin notice for the email signup is interfering.
