    From what I see you have deleted the default value of Size Weight without giving any. You have to put some figure there. Wherever the cloud desapears, it is indication for wrong value in the options. In your case – no value.

    By the way what type of Weight Mode you want to use?

    In fact, I remember that I didn’t change the default setting of the plugin.I set the Size Weight 10 now,but still,it doesn’t work.

    From the screenshot I see that Weight Mode is empty which cannot be – in any case it has a value. This means that something else and not values is the problem. I see you have chosen “links” as cloud’s content. Are you sure you have any category links in your blog? If you have no links at all the plugin has nothing to show.
    If this is not the case would you please give me a link to your page or post with widget instance of the cloud, so that I try to figure out what might be the reason.

    Hi again,

    I made some tests so I know that the reason is not in probable lack of links. To me the problem might be incompatibility between two plugins. Would you please check by switching off plugins one by one?

    Hi:
    Oh,it seems a fatal error…See the new site
    On the left button,the plugin still shows noting.I setup a brand new wordpress site.So,this problems can’t be incompatibility between two plugins.Caused by Character Encoding Forms?Or conflict with WordPress 3.9.2?

    Hi,

    No, WP 3.9.2 has nothing to do with this. Everything with values seems to be OK. I would suggest you to try one more thing: download the old version of plugin (1.1) from my site and install it. If it does not work again may be tagcanvas.js can’t create the cloud. It might be caused by some specific local reason like character encoding or similar. If it works I have to look into the differences between the two versions. Here is the link to my page. The link is at the bottom of the text.

    You have to deactivate or uninstall current version. Because both will fight. If you can’t please ask someone else to test it at same conditions like yours. I mean on Chinese site.

    Hi,
    I clear the host,reinstall the wp english version,I can’t install 2.0 prototype,it says’The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.’
    Then I install the v2.1.1. Still it can’t work,but I found something interesting,the default font setting is “Arial”.https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=ArialIt can’be connected now.

    Hi,

    You can download the prototype now. It works.

    As to the font Arial error it is not exactly an error. It is kind of harmless message and does not cause any trouble. But I will remove the reason for it so that be sure it is not reason for your problem. I will do it later. By the way you can send me an email to [email protected] in order to continue investigation by emails instead of doing it here.

    By the way you can try v. 2.2 where font error issue is resolved. I’m qurious if this has changed the situation with your problem.
