  • Hi there,

It seems like caching issue. Can you please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

If the issue still exists on your website. Then kindly export your template and share the JSON file with me. Please check this to learn how to export a template – https://wpdeveloper.com/elementor-templates/

Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

Came here for similar problem – missing images in the grid & ‘Regenerate Assets’ fixed it. Thanks.

    Hello @tammyg,

Thanks for the confirmation that you fixed a similar issue by Regenerate Assets.

Hey @maxiec, I was wondering if your issue has been resolved or not. Please let me know the update.

    Thank you!

    Thanks, the recommendation worked.

What if I suggest that the image ratio option be more efficient, since if I configure the images of the posts for the PC I must do it for tablet and mobile, this did not happen before

    Otherwise well

    Cheers
