New version?

  • Hi all there:

    We have a new excellent version: 2.8.

    But my wordpress does not show a new version on my admin panel.

    It is like no new version was released…

    is it possible??

  • Same thing here. On one site (my test site) I had 2.7.1, it showed the upgrade link, and all went perfectly well.
    On my production site I also have 2.7.1, but it doesn’t show the upgrade link. I really would like to avoid having to do the upgrading manually.

    Same thing on my blog..I just upgrade one blog, but on another no sign of new version at all…
    can this be because they aren’t releasing upgrade for all blogs at same time??

    msanko, could be. I just checked, and the link was there. Updated the second site as well without a problem.
