    Hello.
    We just updated our site with your updated plugin version 1.13.0 from 1.12.0 and now our site crashes for all users. Here is a screenshot of the error message:

    We have reverted to 1.12.0 and the site is working fine.
    Here is a video of the site running fine with 1.12.0 and then failing once 1.13.0 is installed.

    Can you investigate the error please? And let us know what information you need to debug.

    It looks like some other plugin you are currently using is causing the conflict, however, we’ve found a way how to prevent such situations from happening. The proper update containing the fix is now being tested and will be released soon.

    We’ve just released the UPS 1.13.1 version. Please run the plugin update in your shop and let us know it it solved the problem.
