New UX confusing

    Just a quick question – where on earth has the Meta description field gone on posts? I can’t find the ability to add the same kind of info anywhere.

    you Have to type in the snippet itself.

    Thanks for that Croydonweb – I’ve checked the support forum – lot of people are finding this confusing. Personally I see a lot of difference between ‘Meta Description Field’ – which fits W3C and other protocols and has actual meaning in a web development environment and ‘snippet’ – which means diddly squat in the same venues. Not surprised therefore that many people are confused when such a major component of their edit mechanism has disappeared or become amalgamated into some other feature

    This is not an attempt to get you to upgrade to the premium version, where you have access to training videos fro the new interface.

    Ah – you mean you only see vids for the new interface (affecting all variants of the plugin) if you go pro? Sheesh
