New usser password not working

  • Hi.

    I creat new user but my new password not work, I try logg this user, but I have error password.
    I look in base and user add in table correcty.
    If I update profil of new password, then I can log new user in my blog.
    Maybe, when I copy files of new server i have option change big_letters to small_letters. Is it possible that the fault of any of the files?
