    Excited to check this plugin out. Sounds simple and a great solution to the problem.

    My only question, (and maybe this would require some custom code):

    Is there a way to also prevent ajax from loading for new users (considering they have empty carts)? It sounds like you are using the woocommerce cookie and with that in mind, why not something like if no cookie / new cookie / empty cookie (we know you are a new user and therefore dont fire ajax)?

    Does this make sense? The issue I am trying to solve is really making up for the fact that even though browser caching is awesome, none of the gains are seen for first time loads for new users. This leads me to continue looking for opportunities and I think that this is definitely something that will help …just a little more and it would be perfect! ??

    Hey @lcm404,

    To be honest, this should be a core mechanism of WooCommerce to have a default fragment if the fragment script isn’t run. However we’re already working on a solution, similar to your idea, which will generate a “default (empty) cart fragment” that will be outputted if the script hasn’t run.

    That’s awesome! Yeah, I agree…Woo should definitely be paying attention to this type of stuff.
