New users stuck in submissions?

    I am doing some testing with the plugin. Two tests have resulted in new users not becoming users at all (they don’t become subscribers) – they only exist in the area called “Submissions.” Can you please explain what is happening?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please log out from WordPress and then visit form page and submit. This time you shall see password and username fields in the form.

    RegistrationMagic allows re-submitting a form any number of times. Hence if you are already logged in, registration does not take place instead only submission is registered.

    It seems you didn’t understand my comment.

    I mentioned nothing about seeing no user/password registration fields.

    All of the user registration tests were done from a different browser where I was not already logged in.

    I just wanted to update this thread by saying in my most recent test the new user was added, I received the confirmation email and everything worked out fine. You can mark this solved. Thanks.
