New Users profile defaults to Lost Weight error

We are having some issues trying to get certain “user” information to properly work. We have an area on our site called “MY STATS” where it should show how a user has lost or gained based on their daily input.

Unfortunately, 2 thing are happening (or not happening) when a NEW USER inputs their initial data.

FIRST ISSUE: When they input for the first time (weight, height, waist etc.) the “MY STATS” area reads “N\A”. (Not sure if its suppose to read 0 “zero”)

SECOND ISSUE: When they add if they are “Male or Female” for the initial time and hit save the MY STATS area reads “YOU LOST 132.28” . When you remove the “gender” of the user and hit SAVE it goes back to reading N/A again.

Can you please help us how to rectify this?
