New users not working

I’m using woo commerce and everything is working perfectly fine except for the users accounts, when they try to create an account with the user o email and the password, the account is not getting created at all, is there any reason why is that not working?
Not even in the data base are the users showing.
When the person is checking out as a guest it works pretty good..
