• Hello all,
    When new users are signing up on my site they haven’t been receiving their generated password. At first I thought my emails may be going into their spam, but it has been happening too frequently. I never had the problem then all of a sudden it has been happening to all new users. I am having to manually regenerate and resend the registration emails from within s2Member, which is a pain.

    Where or how can I diagnose where this problem is originating from?

    Hi Guys, I removed spam filters and I have another user with the same problem.

    “hi i have not got my password yet i even tried to recover it with no luck any way u could send it to me in my email?”

    I’m sure it’s some kind of conflict with a plugin, just don’t know what.

    What’s really bad is this customer waited two days to contact me!!!
