New Users Not Receiving Password Email

Hello all,
When new users are signing up on my site they haven’t been receiving their generated password. At first I thought my emails may be going into their spam, but it has been happening too frequently. I never had the problem then all of a sudden it has been happening to all new users. I am having to manually regenerate and resend the registration emails from within s2Member, which is a pain.Where or how can I diagnose where this problem is originating from?
